I have a question??? PLEASE READ!!!

Hey there fellow Badonkadonks!!

This round of Badonkadonks has been a very interesting process for me. I have felt that for the most part people are not too motivated to keep going. That could be for a number of reasons. Alot of people have fallen off of the ban wagon...so after some thinking I had an idea.


I was thinking of ending what we will call the 1st round of badonkadonks on Feb 6th. I would talley all of the points and we would give half of them money to the first round winner. Which If I am remembering right would be around $150-200 dollars.


Then beginning Feb 8th or the 15th we would begin what we will call "Round 2" We would take this one for 12 weeks so ending the end of April. Just in time for swimsuit season!! In Round 2 I would change a couple of things....No Minus points. That area got too be to gray of an area and I thinked stressed out to many people. I was hoping that by doing this it would give people who have fallen off of the banwagon to have a second chance so to say. If there were any people who would like to join they would be given this opportunity right now.

You have paid for this competition so I would like to do what you would like to do. So take a minute and feel out the poll in the right corner of the screen. The poll will be open until the end of this week and we will what the majority of everyone would like to do!

Weekly Challenge for Week #6

Keep a Food Journal for the week. I know some of you already have this for your challenge....but I would like to challenge everyone to do this. You can get an extra point for every day that you do this.

Challenge for Week #5

Some of the Challenges that will be coming up are:

Eating only whole grains for a week.
Getting 25 Grams of fiber each day.
